Today our match against Suderburg has benn one of these games, that nodody really wants to play. You could
rather see the field, because the fog and the whole weather play its foolish games. Suderburg is the youngest team you can find in your league amd has a a lot of dynamic and skilled footballplayers. So our coach had a very tough challenge to beat, but he knows how to deal with this kind of problem.
He has a good and functinal pool and this was his starting cadre. Bremer was the goalkeeper, in the back Wehrmann and Yaskulka were set and Helberg(C) played sweeper. The midfield was build by Tammo, Sommerfeld, Bendlin, D.Weuste and Icks, while T.Weuste amd März had to play foreward. As subtitutes the coach could depend on Schorling and Kath.
At the beginning Hanstedt was full in shape, so that Suderburg couldn't play its system very well. Three corners in a row had been played in the first three minutes of this match. Hanstedt took over the control of that fast and very tactical game. The penalty area of Suderburg has been the center point for a lot of good and well-played combinations like the one of D.Weuste and Icks in minute 7 of the game. The complete midfield had a lot of pressure to solve of Suderburg and this led to other chances by Hanstedt. Another corner kick in the game, 9.minutes had been played already, shocked Suderburg. Bendlin scored his second goal in this year. He shot the goal with left from the goal area, the keeper has had no chance to clear the situation. 1:0 a new feeling for the team, because the last games Hanstedt had never been in the lead so early.
Suderburg didn't find any possibilty to get in control of Hanstedts play and was only able to react of the situations Hanstedt put them in. Suderburg goalkeeper had been tested after 17.minutes again, but this time he was in full control of the ball after a good combination by T.Weuste and Sommerfeld. März had two more chances to score, but once he didn't get enough power to the ball to score out of 20 meters and only seconds later his header has been saved with an perferct reflex by the Suderburg goalkeeper. Suderburg was called happy to had such a brilliant keeper this day. After 30 minutes the game lost a bit of its dynamic, but Bendlin, who was one of the most dealing players in the first half, tried to score out of 20 meters, but his shot was not that kind of dangerous at all. A risky pass in the back led to the first chance for Suderburg in the first half, but Bremer was in good shape to clear the situation. 41 minutes were played as Yaskulka had to save on the goal line, while Bremer was not able to get the ball out of his goal area. A very tricky situation, but the last for the first half.
Before the second halftime started, the weather got really, really bad. Fog wraped around the field and it was not easy to see. The referee was willing to set the game on, while he was able to see both goals and so both teams had to continue the match. Hedt scored for Suderburg in the 53.minute and the new score was 1:1. Nobody could hardly believe what has happend, because the sight had been worse as hell. Only four minutes later Suderburg scored again by Blum for the lead. Hanstedt had stopped playing soccer for only five minutes and the whole game was set into another direction. Now Suderburg was in totally control of the match and forced Hanstedt to react. Sometimes you wished the team out of the first half back on
the field, but there was no chance to make that happen. So Pellnath took his chance in the 61.minute of the game and scored the 1:3. Coach and fans couldn't believe their eyes, because you could only see a few meters and the game should be stopped. No reason for the referee and the games was still going on. Suderburg was in clear lead and nobody was in that condition to break up this chame. At last Wehrmann scored an own-goal in the 68.minute - 1:4. Ten minutes before the end, Wehrmann was out of power and Kath got his chance to play. Nothing to say to that substitution, because the sight was so terrible. Also Schorling got his five minutes to play and Tammo left the field. All in all you can say, that this game has been lost by 15 minutes of less concentration and adverse weather conditions, that maybe were a reason for stopping the game and to terminate a re-match.
